Some Dietary Tips for Before & After Covid Vaccine ?
All the vaccines are effective without any special
nutritional support but there are some eating strategies that support your
body's needs, both before and after the vaccination.
So, here are some dietary tips for before & after covid vaccine you can follow-
1. Avoid Alcohol Before and After Vaccination

after a vaccination is typically triggered by anxiety, pain or low blood sugar.
So eating a meal that helps regulate your sugar levels before vaccination.
6. Eat Light Foods After Vaccination
Some people develop nausea or mild fever after the vaccine.
So in that case avoid heavy foods like fried food, non veg and junk food. Take
some bland and easy to digest foods like Daliya, oats porridge, khichdi with
curd etc.
Vaccine side effects should go away in few days. But healthy

ReplyDeleteGive her nutritional supplements (Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Zinc) to boost immunity system, Avoid going out unnecessarily, wear 2 masks(1 surgical and 1 cloth) and frequently wash hands with sanitizer. Get her vaccinated as soon as you get the slot.
